Credit Card Payments Information

The payments are made through.The actual cost of services is to be paid in Ukrainain Hryvnya (UAH) at the rate of National Bank of Ukraine on the date of the charge.

All the information entered by credit card holder, is never provided to third parties under any circumstances and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

The services paid by credit card are subject of the following cancellation policy

1. Apartment rent

1.1 In case of cancellation before to check-in date or in case of no show, the cancellation fee is equal to one night regular price for the apartment (price listed on Absolutely.in.UA web-site www.absolutely.in.ua or provided to the client via e-mail by manager of Absolutely.in.UA company) is charged no matter what amount of deposit is paid, the balance (if any) is refundable to the client;
1.2 If check-in date or check-out date or both are changed, after the booking was complete, one-night change fee is charged, the balance paid is either refundable or is applied towards new booking dates.
1.3 If apartment rent has been cancelled by Absolutely.in.UA due to the fact that its quality or condition described changed AFTER it was booked by the client, or the client found any defects, which can't be removed, after check-in, or that apartment does not match description or photos received by the client previously, or the apartment booked became unavailable due to failure of the Absolutely.in.UA suppliers, the following procedure applies:
Absolutely.in.UA suggests equal or better property to a client. If a client agrees for this change, no additional fees applies and Aboslutely.in.UA provides transfer from one property to another (if necessary) at no additional fee for the client. If the client finds the property or properties suggested by Absolutely.in.UA unsuitable, any payments made towards apartment booked are subject of full refund.

2. Translation and interpreter services

2.1 Full refund is applicable if services are cancelled before it has started to be provided.
2.2 Service is not refundable after it was actually provided.
2.3 If the service was cancelled after partially provided, only unused part is subject of partial refund
2.4. In case service is provided in a discounted package and it has been cancelled after it has been started to be provided, it is not refundable.

4. Internal transportation

3.1 Full refund for the car transportation is applicable in case it has been cancelled before it has been started to be provided, in case company had to send the driver to a different city to pick up the client and client cancelled the transfer or didn't show up after the driver arrived to pick him up, only partial refund or no refund is applicable.
3.2. In case of airlines or train tickets cancellation, cancellation fee applies according to the rules of company, which issued the tickets.

5. Driver's services

5.1. Full refund is applicable in case it is cancelled before the service has been started to be provided.
5.2. No refund is applicable in case it has been cancelled after service has been provided.
5.3. Partial refund is applicable in case part of the services has been used.
5.4. Discounted packages of driver's services are not refundable after the services has been started to be provided and are subject of full refund if service was cancelled before it has been started to be provided.

6. Airport transfers

6.1. Payment for airport transfers is subject to full refund in case it was cancelled before it has been started to be provided.
6.2. In case of no show or in case the services has been cancelled after it has been started to be provided no refund is applicable.

7. Gifts and flowers delivery

7.1. Full refund is applicable in case the service has been cancelled before it has been started to be provided.
7.2. Service is not refundable after it has been provided.

8. Hotel booking

8.1. One-night fee is not refundable in case of cancellation after the booking has been complete.
8.2. In case one night fee is not required and only Absolutely.in.UA booking fee was used for booking a hotel room it is not refundable in case of cancellation or change of dates. The balance (if any) is refundable or can be applied towards future services of Absolutely.in.UA.
8.3. In case of dates change either one-night fee or Absolutely.in.UA booking fee is not refundable. The balance (if any) is subject of refund or can be used towards the new booking dates or towards other services of Absolutely.in.UA company.

9. Sightseeing tours

9.1. Service is fully refundable if it has been cancelled before it was started to be provided.
9.2. Service is not refundable after it has been started to be provided.
